BEGIN AGAIN: RETURN TO THE LORD

Do you remember when you first fell in love with Jesus? Do you remember how good that felt? Nothing else mattered! You were on your knees daily crying out to the Lord, you were in your Bible, you were in church, and even attended Bible study during the week. You were on fire for GOD!

You have to go back to begin again. You have to revisit what happened before you can move forward again. What happened before that got you off track? Lord, what do you want to make young again in my life? What do you want to restore to its youth in my life? Is it my love for you? Do you want to restore my love for you, Christ? Do you want to return me to the place where I first fell in love with you?

You have been set apart. Stop trying to fit in! They don’t like you because you have been chosen. You don’t fit in with their worldly views. God has called you higher. It’s time to go higher. It’s time to grow stronger. You have battles to fight. You have souls to win for the Kingdom of GOD. This thing is bigger than you! Repent and Begin Again! Restoration may not be instant. It’s usually a journey, but you have to start. You have to begin! RETURN TO THE LORD

Rejuvenate your love for Christ. Let's break that word down. Rejuvenate means to “give new vigor to” or “restore to an original or new state.” It was once old, now make it youthful again. Rejuvenate literally means to make young again. Go back to that Babe in Christ when it was youthful. God misses you. God has a blessing he wants to give to you but needs you to go back to the time where you first fell in love with Him. You’re waiting on Him when He’s waiting on you! It’s time to get back on your square. It’s time to get back to the place where you belong.

Reflect on the journey of your faith. Consider the milestones and the moments that shaped your relationship with Jesus. Remember the joy of those early days, the fervor in your heart, and the dedication in your actions. Think about how far you have come and where you may have strayed from that initial passion. Allow yourself to be vulnerable before the Lord, seeking His guidance and grace to reignite the flame of love within you.

Embrace the uniqueness of your calling. Understand that being chosen by God sets you apart from the world. Embrace the challenges that come with this calling, knowing that you are empowered by the Holy Spirit to overcome. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God has a purpose for you that transcends worldly expectations. Let go of the need to conform and instead embrace the journey of growth and transformation set before you.

Get ready for the amazing transformation that occurs when you start anew!

Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:7 Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and in

stead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.

Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD, ‘because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.’

Job 42:10 After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.
